Scope

This data privacy statement informs the user about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the provider responsible.

The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) provide the legal framework for data protection

Collection of general information

Every time a user accesses a page on the GRÜTTNER website, we or the web space provider automatically collect information. These information, also called server log files, are of general nature and cannot be used to identify you.

Information collected include but are not limited to: name of the website, file, date, amount of data, web browser and browser version, operating system, domain name of your Internet service provider, the so-called referrer URL (the website from which you have accessed our website) and the IP address.

To some extent it would not be technically possible to deliver and display the contents of the website without this data. In this respect, the collection of data is mandatory. In order to consider blocking data at any time, it is necessary to provide the data in a locked data file for control purposes. If no statutory archiving obligation exists, you can demand the erasure of your personal data. Otherwise, we will block your personal data if you so desire.

Changes to our Privacy Statement

In order to ensure that our Privacy Policy is kept up to date, we reserve the right to change it from time to time. This also applies if the privacy statement must be adapted to new or revised services. The new data privacy statement takes effect with your next visit on our website.
